When we first saw the Ood they were servants on a Sanctuary Base involved in deep-space exploration. They are telepathic and have two brains, one of which they carry in their hands. The Ood on the base were possessed by an ancient being known as the Beast and their eyes glowed red. The Ood figurine stands 10 cm tall.

It's actually an alien that can transform its host by infecting its blood. It planned to take control of Britain by infecting the Queen. The Doctor eventually defeats it using moonlight. The Eaglemoss figurine was a special issue that stands 15 cm tall.

The Skithra were a race of scorpion like creatures who stole technology from other races. In 'Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror' their queen tries to force Tesla to repair her ship. The Eaglemoss figurine is 9.6 cm (approximately 4")  tall.
When the Twelfth Doctor is trapped on a giant Mondasian spaceship he encounters this early form of the Cybermen, who have converted themselves into cybernetic life forms in order to survive in deep space. These Cybermen are a modern take on the versions that appeared in the very first Cyberman story 'The Tenth Planet'. The figurine is just under 11 cm tall.

This Black Dalek was one of the leaders of the Dalek Invasion of Earth. This was the Daleks' second appearance and they had been upgraded with the addition of deeper bases and antenna on their backs which supplied them with power.

This Star Wars jumbo figure from Gentle Giant depicts 8D8 in pristine glory. Once a Roche Hive 8D-series smelter droid, 8D8 was reprogrammed and dispatched to the droid torture chamber on Tatooine, where he assisted in terrorizing Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic's palace droid pool.

The figure stands 12 inches (30 cm) tall.

This set of Time Lords includes Missy, one of the Master's more morally complex regnerations, who worked with the Twelfth Doctor, and the version of Rassilon who appeared in 'Hell Bent'.
