What are my payment options?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. We are pleased to accept online payments via the following credit/debit cards: Visa; Visa Electron; Master Card; Maestro and Solo. We are unable to accept payment by cheque or money order online. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment in full from you and the amount due has been cleared.

Do I have to pay VAT?
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all applicable orders for UK customers. International customers are responsible for all other duties, taxes and fees in accordance with their destination country’s importation laws.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s). 

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will normally be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
