FAQ's
1. I can only see 27 products listed on the site. Is that all you have?
We have many more products than you can see on the site today. We will make new items
available every two weeks. If you’re looking for something specific and do not see it, we
would suggest that you should sign up for the newsletter, which will inform you what is
going to be available before it is released. With such a large catalogue of products our
rationale is to better control inventory, allied to a release strategy that we hope will afford
customers a chance to buy the products they want in a more budget sensitive way.
2. How long will products be available on your site?
Each product will be available for two weeks, or until it is sold out. At the end of the two weeks, they will be taken down and replaced with a new selection. Some products may be re-listed at a later date, but we cannot guarantee it.
3. A product was available but now it is sold out. Will you have more stock?
Limited edition products will be available until the stock has sold out.
4. An Eaglemoss product was available but now it is sold out. Will you have more stock?
The Eaglemoss inventory is extensive and complicated, but we are working our way through it. We may find more stock of some models. If we do find additional stock, we will list it for sale. Customers should sign up for the newsletter so you can get advance notice of what we will be listing.
5. Do the die-cast miniatures come with their accompanying magazines?
On occasion yes they will. However, the stock we acquired from Eaglemoss comes from lots
of different locations and there are different styles/types of packaging. We want to be able
to offer as much stock as possible, so we will be selling some ships without the magazines. Unfortunately we will not be able to advise if your order will contain a magazine.
6. Do you sell replacement stands?
Unfortunately replacement stands are not available.
7. Will you be making new models that were not offered previously?
Right now we only have the rights to sell existing products, but we are exploring the options.
8. Will you have stock of models that Eaglemoss made but did not release?
Yes, we will. Some of the unreleased stock remains in China and will take a little while to
arrive, but we have acquired them.
9. Will you be selling Eaglemoss’s Star Trek Graphic Novel collection?
Unfortunately not.
10. I paid Eaglemoss for products that were never delivered to me. Will you ship them to me now or send me a refund?
Master Replicas only purchased inventory from Eaglemoss and did not purchase the
company, nor its financial obligations. As such Master Replicas is not responsible to honour
customers’ orders that that were originally taken by Eaglemoss. We cannot advise
customers as to how they should proceed to reclaim money. If you have further questions
you should talk to your bank or payment provider.
11. I ordered the model of the build-up U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D from Eaglemoss. Willyou be selling this product?
We aren’t selling that product. A company, DeAgostini, has the rights for this.
12. Will you be selling all of the Eaglemoss Hero Collector products?
We will be selling most, but not all, of the products Eaglemoss made including Star Trek,
Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, Alien, The Orville and Doctor Who. We will be updating the
website with new stock every two weeks. If you sign up to the newsletter, we will inform
you before products go live.
13. Do you guarantee mint condition boxes?
Whilst we understand boxes are important to collectors, we don't guarantee mint condition boxes as they're there to protect the ships inside, and as such do not offer refunds on this basis.
We will assess on a case by case basis, so please email customer services with any questions.
14. Can you tell me whether you will have stock of a particular model?
We cannot, but we believe we have most things. The Eaglemoss stock was stored in various
warehouses around the world. We have been working to consolidate the inventory into a
single location. The inventory is complicated and we are finding new things all the time. If
you sign up for the newsletter, we will tell you what is going to be available in advance.
15. Can I pre-order products?
We are not making products available for pre-order but our newsletter will provide advance
notice about the ships that are going to be listed every two weeks.
16. Can I subscribe to a collection so that I get every ship?
We will not be offering a subscription service, but we will be listing new ships every two weeks.
17. How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, use the navigation menus located in the top menu bar just underneath the MR logo. Or type a keyword into the search box.
18. How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on the menus top centre and select the option that
you might be interested in. You may also type a keyword into the search box to quickly find
a specific product.
19. Security
This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in
Internet security.
20. What are my payment options?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. We are
pleased to accept online payments via the following credit/debit cards: Visa; Visa Electron;
Master Card; Maestro and Solo. Please note that we will not ship your order until we
receive payment in full from you and the amount due has been cleared.
21. Do I have to pay VAT?
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all applicable orders for UK customers. International
customers are responsible for all other duties, taxes and fees in accordance with their
destination country’s importation laws.
22. I have a question on my charges.
Sign-in to your account to review your orders. Compare your order history on our website
with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact
customer service for further assistance.
23. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Sign-in to your account to print invoices.
24. When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
25. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will normally be charged as soon as you place your order.
26. How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your
shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method
options and prices. All orders are shipped either via Royal Mail or Whistle.
27. How often are orders processed for shipping?
Orders are processed every day but due to the nature of the collection drops and the large number of shipments we receive in such a short time, please allow up to 14
working days for dispatch.
28. How long will my order take to arrive?
UK Shipments generally take 2-4 Working days to arrive after dispatch. Dispatch can take upto 14 working days from placing your order.
Shipping time to European destinations is usually 3-5 days but can take up to 14 days for more remote locations.
Shipping time to USA, Australia and the rest of the world is usually five days but can take up
to 14 days for more remote locations.
Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed prior to shipping.
29. Discounts and Discount Codes
Please note discount codes do not stack and can not be used with any other offer. The website will apply the one offer that gives the best discount available.
30. I am an international customer, do I have to pay import/customs fees?
If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom you are
responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes and other fees levied by your local
authorities and their agents/ brokers. Master Replicas accepts no responsibility for any
outstanding duties, taxes and/or other fees in the event of your failure to pay them.
