In the story 'The Doctor's Wife' the Eleventh Doctor is lured outside of the normal universe to a realm where a creature known as 'House' survives by draining the energy from TARDISes. He escapes by cobbling a control room and console together from the remains of wrecked TARDISes. The 'junk' console is in scale with all the figurines in the collection.

In 'Tooth and Claw' the Doctor and Rose meet Queen Victoria who is being threatened by a Werewolf (or as the Doctor calls it a Lupine Wavelength Haemovariform). It's actually an alien that can transform its host by infecting its blood. It planned to take control of Britain by infecting the Queen. The Doctor eventually defeats it using moonlight. The Eaglemoss figurine was a special issue that stands 15 cm tall.

He was horribly burned in an accident which led him to wear a distinctive black and white mask. He was eventually killed in a battle with his nemesis Morgus. The figurine is roughly 10 cm tall.

Grid was the alpha Xenomorph from the first Alien vs. Predator movie. The distinctive grid pattern on its head was made by the Predator Celtic's net. After it was captured, its acid blood burned the net away, but left scars behind. Grid was killed when Scar destroyed the pyramid.

The first time we saw the Toymaker was when he dragged the TARDIS into his realm and forced the first Doctor to play the trilogic game, while Steven and Dodo faced a series of life-sized toys. The Doctor already knew the mysterious Toymaker and the story seems to end with the destruction of his realm. The Eaglemoss figurine is 9.6 cm tall.

Ashad was a Cyberman who planned to wipe out all organic life and convert the Cybermen into a purely robotic race. Unlike other Cybermen, he didn’t have an emotional inhibitor and had only been partially converted.  He encountered the Thirteenth Doctor when she visited the Villa Diodati and he was killed by the Master during the assault on Gallifrey.
