The U.S.S. Franklin's dedication plaque could be seen on the bridge of the historic ship. The Eaglemoss replica (which can be hung on a wall) reveals that the prop used in the movie describes the ship as 'Starship class' and had the motto 'To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before'. The Eaglemoss version is just under 9" (22.5 cm) across.
