When Battlestar Galactica returned in 2004, it was with a redesigned ship that cleverly echoed the original. Seen from the side, Eric Chu's design looks radically different but when you spin it around, you see the familiar shapes of the classic version. In the series, the Galactica is a relic of an earlier age, but its primitive technology allowed it to survive the Cylon attack to become humanity's flagship. The model measures just over 10.5" (27 cm) long and comes boxed with its magazine.
