The Cyber Masters were made by the Master who converted the corpses of Time Lords into Cybermen. The combination of abilities meant that they could regenerate. The first appeared in 'The  Timeless Children'. They were eventually destroyed by the death particle which eradicated their organic components. The figurine is 11 cm tall.
