The Cybermen were redesigned in the Tenth Doctor's first season. These Cybermen, who made their debut in the story 'Rise of the Cybermen', were from a parallel universe where Cybus Industries was the most powerful corporation on Earth. In the episode 'Smile' the Doctor and Bill encounter Emojibots who kill anyone who appears to be unhappy. The robots had display screens in place of faces, which showed emojis indicating whether they were happy of murderous. The Eaglemoss figurine is 3.2" (8.2 cm) tall.

This Time Lord set features Borusa, the Time Lord Cardinal from 'The Deadly Assassin" and the first incarnation of Romana who travelled with the Doctor, starting in 'The Ribos Operation'. When we first saw the Ood they were servants on a Sanctuary Base involved in deep-space exploration. They are telepathic and have two brains, one of which they carry in their hands.
