Ashad was a Cyberman who planned to wipe out all organic life and convert the Cybermen into a purely robotic race. Unlike other Cybermen, he didn’t have an emotional inhibitor and had only been partially converted.  He encountered the Thirteenth Doctor when she visited the Villa Diodati and he was killed by the Master during the assault on Gallifrey.

The Vigil appeared in the Eleventh Doctor story 'The Rings of Akhaten', when the Doctor takes Clara on her first trip to an alien world. The Vigil are servants of 'the old God' and are responsible for feeding the Queen of Years to it. The figurine is 9.8 cm tall including the base. 

The Cyber Warriors were an advanced form of Cyberman who appeared in 'Ascension of the Cybermen'. They were survivors of the last great Cyber War in the distant future. The Doctor and her companions encountered an entire ship full of them who led the invasion of Gallifrey.

The Tritovores were insect like humanoids with heads that would have looked at home on a giant fly. They appeared in the story 'Planet of the Dead', when they captured the Tenth Doctor and Christina de Souza, who they believed were responsible for crashing their spaceship. Their legends said that the creature would bring terror, darkness and death when it returns.  The Doctor and Jo discover that the Aggedor were very real and that at least one has survived. That Aggedor is being manipulated in an attempt to disrupt a galactic alliance but the Doctor soon befriends it.
