The Nebula class was one of the first Starfleet ships that was designed specifically for TNG. It took the familiar elements of the Galaxy-class Enterprise-D and rearranged them to make a new, more compact ship. The class made its debut in the episode 'The Wounded' and went on to make frequent appearances, on TNG and DS9. It often had different pods at the back. This is Eaglemoss's XL version which has a triangular pod and measures 6" (16 cm)  from front to back. It's a similar width.
