STAR TREK ONLINE's Aelahl class was a light warbird that was developed by the Romulan Republic to defend its space against pirates and alien raiders. It used a singularity drive and was faster and more maneuverable than earlier warbirds, without sacrificing firepower. It became the backbone of the Romulan Republic's fleet. The Aelahl was designed by Hector Ortiz who wanted it to be a more advanced version of TNG's classic D'Deridex class. The model is 4.5" (11.5 cm) long.
